Given the fact that this apartment has been designed for sale, we aimed to create a WOW-effect, so that it would impress and inspire from the first sight. For this purpose we’ve operated with bold color accents, noble textures, and a bunch of decorative elements such as decorative walls with cannelures, moldings on the TV panel, arches of the TV console and marvelous venetian mosaic inspired by Carlo Scarpa.

We’ve opted for neutral, natural textures and colors as a base, and added some color accents into each space. So, the most dominant color accent of this project is the electric blue of the kitchen cabinets, which works together with the blue sofa in the living room. It is a cool, but bold color that gives an unique vibe to this space.

Also, we’ve dropped some color spots in the bathrooms, which make these spaces playful and vibrant.

 

Functionally this apartment is a perfect place for a couple, providing the following areas: the entrance, a wide open-space which consists of a kitchen, a dining zone and a living room; a bedroom with a master bathroom; a shared bathroom and a laundry room.
