To create an future alternative center of the city where a lot of activities will be held. First phase assumes the brand identity, the construction of the first building of the project together with the fisrt part of the green park.
The word "park" in the name of the project concerns both to the business park and to the green park that will be provided together with the office spaces. While the first thing that the logo reveals is a shape of a building, there are "d" and "p" letters hidden in the icon of the logo. The color scheme of the brand derives from the colors of the first building of the IT park.
BRANDING AND IDENTITY
Digital Park is a concept based on the correlation of architecture with nature, so, apart from a huge park next to the building, there are plants on the balconies and on the roofs. The building's orientation derives from it's geographical position. So, there is a ventilated facade on the most sun-exposed sides, while the glass curtain facade lets the light fill the interiors, and faces a wonderful landscape.
At night the building looks different from how it looks during the daytime, and it's one of the things we love in this project. The night-time appearance of the building is enhanced by the good lighting design so that it brings out the beauty of it's architecture.
The concept of "Digital Park" is based on the idea of harmony between nature and architecture. So, at every stage of the Park's development there will always be at least 50% of the total space allocated to the green area. It provides a lot of zones designed for different activities, such as relax zone, coworking spaces, ping-pong tables, exhibition spaces, playgrounds, and a wide square with a stage for big events.
