CHIȘINĂU, PERLA RESIDENCE
FCODE – a multibrand fashion boutique representing such famous brands as Twinset, Sportmax Code, Max Mara Leisure and Elisabetta Franchi.
To create a shopping space related on the main brand, and at the same time to integrate harmoniously the other brands into the interior. To keep the classy look provided by the Twinset brandbook, but to add some artistic accents that will make this shop unique.
The interior design concept derived from the Twinset brand book, as FCODE is the official representative of the brand. At the same time, being a multibrand boutique it had to provide an appropriate design for all the brands, some of them having their own design guidelines. So, we had to mix and match all the design requirements together to get a unitary, elegant and distinguished space. The most adorable thing about the space itself is the abundance of light, due to the enormous, arched showcases. Together with the full-height mirrors on the walls they make the space look even larger and brighter. Almost a half of the commercial space is dedicated to Twinset. So, the cash desk zone is designed according to the brand requirements: its backwall is covered with a special wallpaper with lace effect, and the cash desk itself is a brand furniture made of ribbed, white painted MDF. Also in this area there are hanging the unique Twinset’s lamps – looking as flower bouquets hanging upside down. There is plenty of furniture to expose the products: standers of different types – wall mounted, ceiling mounted, free standing, mobile counter tables and stands, so that the space can be configured when needed.
The fitting rooms are located in the commercial area as well, and are exposed to the visitors, so we’ve designed a lounge area with geometrical armchairs and pouffs next to them. Two rotary mirrors placed in the same area offers the customers the possibility to see themselves from different angles – which is very convenient when it comes to shopping clothes. Also, these mirrors play a decorative role, and are sustained by the metallic decorative installation that hangs from the ceiling.
A mirror-covered sliding door separates the private space from the commercial area: there is the administrative office and the storage. We’ve made an impressive wooden desk for the office – a statement element of this space. Another private zone is located behind the cash desk, and it consists of kitchen for the employees and a WC. The entrances to these zones are disguised, so that they won’t catch the visitor’s eye.
