TASK
To create the executive office together with an autonomous short-term and medium-term residential space on the top floor of a business center
THE CONCEPT
This project consists of two main blocks - the executive office area and the residential area.
The executive office is a wide, fluid space, with no partition walls inside, dedicated entirely to the company’s CEO. Its central element is the large conference desk, with a lighting installation above it and the slogan of the company behind the CEO’s chair. On both sides of the conference desk there are two lounge and relaxation zones, and one of them is more private.
This residencial zone has been designed as an exquisite hotel suite, meant to accommodate, but also to impress the business center guests and partners for short and medium stays. Being positioned on the top floor of the building it reveals really amazing views over the city. We’ve paid tribute to these cityscapes and used them as important elements of the interior. So, we’ve designed an absolutely unique layout, placing the bathroom right in the center of the residence, and the rest of the spaces - around it. Thereby this block also works as a divider for the day zone and the bedroom. Our preferred zone in this space is the freestanding bathtub, with an amazing view over the city.
Both spaces have amazing large terraces, with different functional zones in there. The terrace adjacent to the office zone consists of more lounge spaces, with a decorative fountain and a bar, while the other terrace, adjacent to the residential zone has a BBQ zone, a jacuzzi outdoor and some lounge areas.
Of course, this space is equipped with comfortable modern design furniture and is finished with the finest finishing materials, just as it is supposed to be to satisfy the greatest expectations.
